Long service Awards

For over three decades, CMG has maintained a proud tradition of honoring team members who complete 25 years of service with the group. This year, 42 executives and associates from various sectors of the organisation were awarded the Long Service Award, joining the ranks of those previously recognized.Despite the unprecedented challenges Sri Lanka faced, these staff members remained committed to the organisation, demonstrating exceptional resilience, determination, adaptation, and dynamism. They consistently delivered outstanding results for the group over the past 25 years.Sunil Kanojia, the Group Chief Executive Officer, praised the awardees, stating that their advanced knowledge of their respective fields and dedication to the evolving company culture have made significant contributions to the organisation. He emphasized that this recognition not only reflects the stability of the work environment but also sends a valuable message of loyalty to our partners and younger team members.Sashi Rajamahendran, Chairman / Managing Director, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the awardees, acknowledging that their unwavering commitment and tireless efforts have played a significant role in CMG's success.
